Connection Issues:
A lot of connection problems can be solved on the customer's end with a few simple steps.   First locate our power supply, pictured below:






  1. First, check to see if the power supply is powered on.   The power light should be glowing green.
  2. Please check to make sure that all cables are connected properly.  Do not switch J1 and J2.  J1 provides 48 volts of electricity and is designed to power our antenna.  If you connect other equipment that is not designed to handle the extra voltage, it could damage that equipment.
  3. Power cycle (turn off, wait 6-12 seconds, then turn back on) all of your equipment, especially the Raystown Wireless Power  Supply and your computer.  If you have a router, be sure to power cycle that.
