All bills for RTW service are sent on the 1st of the month via e-mail. You may pay your monthly or yearly bill by credit card if you desire or you may just simply print out your invoice and mail a check to:

There is a $40 activation fee that will be billed to you with your 1st bill at which time you will be able to choose to be billed monthly or yearly. .  All billing is sent at the 1st of every month via e-mail. If you choose not to supply or want an email address from Raystown wireless there is an additional fee of $3.95 per month added to your monthly rate.


Raystown Wireless service is installed by authorized independent installers and will require a non-refundable installation fee.  This fee is set by the installer based on the requirements and complexity of the installation, but is typically between $75 and $125.  Before beginning work, the installer will review all fees and work to be performed.

Non Line-of-Site service limited to 1500 Kbps maximum download speed. Upload speeds and other services are available as described below. Our new non line-of-site equipment allows us to provide high speed Internet service to customers in wooded areas where our regular equipment cannot penetrate.
