Installation

Raystown Wireless makes use of independent professional Installers.  After the initial inquiry to Raystown Wireless (see our contact page), the Installer will contact you directly to perform a signal check, schedule an installation date, and ultimately, get you connected to Raystown Wireless.

At the time of installation, you will be required to fill out an installation authorization form, as well as a service agreement.  Both documents are available online.  You may review and print them out prior to your installation date.

Our Installers will require a non-refundable installation fee at the time of install (in the form of check, cash, or money order).  This fee is set by the installer based upon the complexity of the install.  A typical installation fee runs between $75 and $125.  Before beginning the install, our Installer will discuss all work to be performed as well as the installation fee.
