All bills for RTW service are sent on the 1st of the month via e-mail. You may pay your monthly or yearly bill by credit card if you desire or you may just simply print out your invoice and mail a check to:

You may also request an auto pay from your own personal bank or e-mail billing@raystownwireless.com requesting for an auto pay with your own credit card through RTW. Please keep in mind we do not have anyone in the acounting office on a regular basis and our support desk has been very helpful at trying to help resolve any issues you may have. Please be patient until we can get back to you.
We also would like to remind you that we are only responsible for the connection from our antenae to your computer. Lately there have been many router, pop-up blockers, spam, windsock and virus issues that are not our responsibilty to repair for you. You need to consult whomever you purchased your computer or does your computer repairs and updates.
We will continually try to do whatever we can if it is something simple, but we can not make any promises in keeping your computers running for you.
