All bills for RTW service are sent on the 1st of the month via e-mail. You may pay your monthly or yearly bill by credit card if you desire or you may just simply print out your invoice and mail a check to:

Email Support

Every Raystown Wireless customer is entitled to 5 free email accounts.  These email accounts must be setup by Raystown Wireless staff before you can use them.

Once your email address and password is created, you can access your email using the form on the the right. 
Additionally, you can go directly to our webmail page by using this link: https://email.secureserver.net/login.php.  (We recommend that you bookmark this link -- it allows you to go directly to your email if our web site is ever unavailable).


If you would prefer to use an email client (such as Outlook Express or Mozilla Thunderbird) instead of the web-based email, we have provided instructions below to do so.

  • Our incoming mail server is:  pop.secureserver.net
  • Our outgoing mail server is: smtpout.secureserver.net (you can use port 25, 80, or 3535)
  • Your username is your full email address (ie: username@raystownwireless.com)
  • Our outgoing mail server uses authentication (the same username and password as the incoming mail server)
